Gideon, The Butcher

With over 15 years of experience I have honed my skills in the trade and have now made it my mission to take everything I have learned and improve the local food industry to help bring true food back to the kitchen table.

I have now set up Butcher and Larder with a trusted team of people who share the same goal of making food AMAZING again.  

Michelle, The Wife

Being a Chef all my life, food is always truly a passion. Now with B&L I will be taking my skill set to help develop food in a way to make cooking at home easy and fun again. 

I may not be as quick as the butcher but with 3 years now under my belt, I’ll give it a good go!

Newt

Being a butchers dog has its perks! Newt loves working the shooting season and taste testing the odd juicy bone
